In this morning course hear practical advice on how to develop and maintain your mindfulnessMindfulness is the art of bringing positive states of mind into the present moment. When we learn how to do this, all our daily activities become deeply satisfying and meaningful.

The course will be taught by western Buddhist monk Kelsang Thubchen.

Life Could be a Dream - a Day Course in August
 Khedrubje Centre, Wamberal • Saturday August 15th  9.30am-4pm • $50/40conc
Buddha said 'you should know that all phenomena are like dreams'
In this special day course we will learn practical wisdom from Buddha's profound teachings. Finding mental freedom and peace through the understanding of how things actually exist, how they do not exist, and how our mind creates our world.
The teachings will be given by Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dawa, the Resident Teacher of Khedrubje Buddhist Centre. The day includes a delicious vegetarian lunch.
