International Teacher Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab
In 1 week Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will pay the Central Coast a visit for the first time to give a public talk. Gen-la is a retired General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition and a Buddhist monk who is greatly admired for his powerful teachings as well as his pure example of humility and loving kindness.

Gen-la will explain mindfulness: how to maintain peaceful states of mind developed through the practise of meditation. Improve your wellbeing, remove negativity and become more positive. Begin 2016 with a fresh start! To book click here. Enjoy this video for the event!

January Meditation Challenge - 14 Talks in 14 Days
Khedrubje Centre, Wamberal • Monday 11th - Sunday 24th Jan • 7-8.30pm • $10/8
Join us for this series of evening classes to bring in the new year, designed to provide you with a firm foundation in meditation practice and the confidence to face 2016 with a fresh approach. 

The classes will include simple guidance on meditation practice in the Buddhist tradition and special lines of thought that help to maintain peace of mind in daily life. Topics will range from how to develop a new perspective on life, to overcoming procrastination and anxiety, understanding love, and how to develop wisdom.

Meditation for Families - Special Course in Wamberal
Khedrubje Centre • Sat Feb 20th • 2-5.30pm • $25pp / $40 per family   

Many families have children or parents suffering from stress and anxiety. On this course learn how meditation helps everyone develop a more peaceful and happy mind. By attending this course together both parents and children will learn how they can peacefully deal with the everyday problems life presents.

The afternoon will be divided into 2 sessions with refreshments inbetween. The course will be presented in a way that kids of all ages and parents can enjoy and relate to. Buddhist meditation teacher Jeni Andrews will take the course. A parent, Jeni teaches with an joyful and insightful manner.

Learn to Meditate - Half Day Course in Wamberal
Khedrubje Centre • Sat Feb 20th • 9am-12.30pm • $25
"The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful."
This introductory course is perfect for learning the basics about Buddhist meditation. The teacher, Gen Kelsang Dawa, will share fundamental techniques to begin or enhance your meditation practice. By accessing your natural state of inner peace, you will develop the tools you need for a peaceful life.
