Executive Chef Bazirgan's New American Menu draws from Mediterranean and global influences, which mingle seamlessly in a skillfully straightforward presentation of flavors.

Utilizing San Francisco's farmer's markets for seasonal inspiration and Fifth Floor's rooftop garden to source fresh herbs, Chef Bazirgan carefully crafts his menus, which change daily. In addition to a full dinner menu, a tasting and lounge menu are also available.

• Island Creek Oysters | uni, caviar, aged shoyu, fresh wasabi
• Cucumber Gazpacho | yogurt sphere, puffed bulgur, vadouvan, dill
• New Bedford Diver Scallops | pickled chanterelles, corn 3 ways, padron pepper, bacon, chervil
• Black Sea Bass | kaffir lime broth, gai lan, yuzu kosho
• Berkshire Pork | mustard spaetzle, caraway sausage, turnips, spring onions

NIGHTLY COCKTAIL PARTY

There are a lot of happy hours around the city – but few that offer artisan, hand crafted cocktails and complimentary bites with friends. Escape the streets after work and come up to the Fifth Floor for our Cocktail Party in the bar and lounge. 

The nightly Cocktail Party goes from 5-7pm, where you can enjoy:

• Hosted passed hors d’ouevres
• $5 specialty, hand-crafted cocktails

Our artisan cocktails and libations are expertly crafted by our team of bartenders, which can be enjoyed along with our extensive wine list. The Cocktail Party is a great way to unwind after a long day at work or just enjoy the evening in Downtown San Francisco!
