With summer now upon us, berry clusters which will become our 2008 vintage are developing on the vines, a result of the meticulous devotion of our vineyard management and winemaking teams.
While we wait for veraison when the grapes turn the color of their specific varietals, our thoughts turn to entertaining outdoors and enjoying the best of summer. It's grilling season, offering the casual parties we enjoy so much.
We are excited to announce two new releases, which pair so well with many different grilled foods, the 2006 J. Lohr Tower Road Vineyard Petite Sirah and the 2005 J. Lohr Cuvée St. E. Here are two versatile recipes, a marinade and a rub, that just might make this grilling session your best ever. Enjoy!
