Teachers' Domain Launches New Features
This summer, Teachers' Domain staff has been busy working on some new features to improve the site. Have you checked out our new homepage?
Non-student account users are now able to rate and review resources,
and upload media into your personal folders. How does this work?
Simply log into your account and click on "My Folders" then "Upload
Media."
Our new features include:
The new "upload media" feature allows you to upload files such as student-created videos, interactives, presentations, or lesson plans to your folders. To do so, you must:
- be registered as a non-student account (either teacher, parent, or administrator)
- have a valid email address in your profile
Not sure if that's you? Sign into your account and click on "My
Profile" to access and edit your personal account information.
Coming soon on Teachers' Domain:
- Biotechnology Special Collection funded by the Amgen Foundation
- NOVA ScienceNOW
- The Supreme Court and other social studies resources funded by The Booth Ferris Foundation
- "Heating Up" student activity on creating a video response to issues on climate change
- Learning Through Video Production: A teacher's guide to creating your own media project in the classroom
- Additional science resources from our public television partners WNET, KQED, Vegas PBS, KET, and WPSU
STAY TUNED!
