HEALTHCARE
Best Foot Forward
If you're in the market for a new pair of dress shoes for work, here's some advice: Approach shoe shopping like you would buy a reliable car. Place the importance on form and function instead of style. Rubber soled dress shoes will absorb shock better than leather soles. If your shoes don't have insoles or support, consider buying them from the local pharmacy to relieve pressure on your arches. Also, try to buy a shoe with a more square looking toe box to lessen the chance of irritation to the sides of your feet or toes.
