Movement Heals
Do you have constant, nagging pain or a frequently occurring injury? Take the time to heal yourself correctly by strengthening core muscles and aligning your skeletal structure. The teachers at Geometry use Pilates and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® to restore biomechanically correct movement patterns; we’ll help you find deeper connections to the muscles and tendons that support the joints. The result can be pain free movement and a renewed sense of well being.
GYROTONIC reverses the pull of gravity with outward energy that reinvigorates the whole body while keeping muscles toned and joints flexible. A single GYROTONIC or Pilates session can relieve muscle stress, and leave you feeling invigorated and more aware of your whole body. After a few weeks of training, you will likely feel a pronounced difference in strength, ease, and efficiency of movement. Clients at Geometry experience: · Stronger, leaner muscles with increased range of motion. · Improved coordination, control and posture. · Enhanced golf swings · Trim and toned bodies · New connections to unused or lazy muscles · Less injuries GYROTONIC and Pilates have amazing benefits for the body. Both exercise methods bring your mind to your body, stretch you in different ways and ways you could not do on your own by using specific pieces of equipment. Here is what students are saying! “I could not run or take a dance class or sometimes even walk without some pain in my hip and legs. Pilates and GYROTONIC helped me release tight muscle patterns and effectively use my “lazy” muscles more efficiently. Over time I have learned to connect to my body in a different way and I can move with ease and deeper awareness, and most importantly, free of pain!” “I am more coordinated, flexible, and stronger that I’ve ever been. At my age, I think it is important to keep “moving” and Gyrotonic does just that.” “GYROTONIC has given me a sense of fluidity that I have not had in many, many years plus it has stretched my body so that I am becoming almost straight now.” Heidi an avid runner was injured frequently. Since she began practicing Pilates and GYROTONIC Heidi has gained flexibility and core strength and feels much more connected to her body. “It has really changed my life…I am now able to move in ways I could not a year ago.” Call Geometry for your 30 minute free consultation!
