30 Seconds Before Your Round:
What are you Thinking?

 When you are waiting at the gate, what are you thinking to yourself? Are you reviewing your plan? Or are you consumed with worry that you won't get the direct 7 strides to the end jump? The last few seconds before you enter the ring are an important time to gather yourself together, adjust your energy as needed, and transition from 'analysis' to 'performance' mode.
