ELI graduates emerge from the program masters of personal branding, public speaking, networking, business development and financial literacy.

In addition to the above benefits of the program, Participant Return on Investment (ROI) is three fold, in that each participant is

  • provided the opportunity to share various developed and/or enhanced skills, as well as industry-related current trends and best practices within their community 
  • afforded several opportunities to serve in leadership roles within ELI, as program managers, mentors, and/or facilitators
  • considered a Member of ELI (upon graduation), having access to continuing education courses, the ELI alumni network, and status as a graduate of an established leadership development program.

Only fifteen (15) women are selected each year to participate in this program. The intimate setting allows members to candidly explore their aspirations, identify perceived barriers to achieving their goals, and develop a plan to ensure the desired result - successful leadership.

Courses are conducted in person and streamed live via Ustream.com, so do not let location or distance be a deterrent!

The Jewell Jackson McCabe Emerging Leaders Institute, Inc. (ELI) is now accepting applications for the Class of 2011.

Focused on leaders and potential leaders at various levels, this four (4) month leadership program provides each participant instruction and training in applied techniques in Image Enhancement, Leadership and Management skills, as well as skills to enhance and continue the process of Self-Actualization and Business Development.

Grounded in essential core competencies recognized by all major organizations, agencies, and corporations, The Jewell Jackson McCabe Emerging Leaders Institute is dedicated to developing of Global Leaders.

Participants in the Leadership Division are coached to expand their vision of success to encompass leadership and service, and to cultivate their strengths to achieve their goals. 

Areas of focus include image management and branding, facilitation and management techniques, fund development and corporate finance, and self-actualization and identity supremacy

Participants learn critical skills necessary to succeed in every setting.  Courses are facilitated by professionals who have demonstrated success in their fields and areas of expertise.  Each person has committed themselves to cultivating the full potential of each ELI participant.
