GPSN Homepage Dear Friends,

We are pleased to announce the official launch of the Global Paediatric Surgery Network website!

Click Here to Visit the Website:
www.globalpaediatricsurgery.org

As many of you know, the GPSN is an organization that was formed to serve as a clearinghouse for volunteer work performed by pediatric surgeons around the world. The GPSN also provides resources, not only for the pediatric surgeons working in areas of limited medical resources, but for volunteer surgeons as well.

Please visit the website, and check out the listings pages of volunteer work that has been done in the past, what is being done now, and what plans there are for future work.  Then enter your own information on our user-friendly forms.

We have added another feature for those who wish to indicate their willingness to volunteer, including their ability to work during times of disasters.

Finally, there are many pages of resources for surgeons who wish to volunteer, as well as those who are working in areas with limited medical resources.  If you have content you would like to include on the resource pages, please email us directly.

We are working hard to spread the word about the GPSN, but you can help the cause by forwarding this email to colleagues who might be interested.  You can also email us, and we will add them to our growing database.

We are excited to see this project become a reality, but please realize that this is a work in progress. The success of the GPSN will depend entirely on people like yourselves who will help make this website a success, by contributing to the website and spreading the word among your colleagues.

Thank you for your interest in the GPSN and for your help!
