SOUTHWORTH SENIOR PGA PRO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Creighton Farms has been honored with co-hosting the 23rd Southworth Development Senior PGA Professional National Championship, along with River Creek Club of Leesburg, Va.  From October 6th-9th, the 264-player field composed of Senior PGA Professionals will compete on both courses, marking the first visit by the Championship to the Middle Atlantic PGA Section.

The Senior PGA PNC is modeled after the PGA PNC, with a field of 50-and-older Senior PGA Professionals who advanced through 41 Section Championships conducted last year.  "The Senior PGA Professional National Championship has remained one of the most popular member championships for PGA Professionals," said PGA of America President Allen Wronowski.  "We are very pleased that Southworth Development and Mercedes-Benz have embraced this event and look forward to our partnership to present a great championship this fall at two excellent venues."

WINNIPESAUKEE WINNING

Meredith Bay, located on the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia, NH, recently took home top honors at the 2011 Homebuilders and Remodelers Associate of New Hampshire (HBRANH) Cornerstone Awards.  Meredith Bay was recognized in an overwhelming five categories including: Gold for Best Company Image and Besta Ad; Bronze for Most Creative Website; Silver for Single Family Home $500k-$750k for the Keniston model; and Bronze for Single Family Home $1M+ for the Stonedam model.

It was an exciting night for Meredith Bay, taking home awards which recognized the 2010-2011 creative campaign called "Live Where the World Comes to Play."  The campaign, which includes a series of online and print ads that feature vintage-style artwork, focuses on the lakefront community's positioning as the place that's Number One for Four-Season Fun--and pays tribute to the Winnipesaukee area's longstanding history as one of America's favorite vacation spots.  To complement the theme, Meredith Bay created its own brand of "Freshwater Taffy."
